Started doing engine run in procedures. I am using the procedure for steel barrel engines. It calls for 3 minute runs starting at 800 rpm up to full throttle. Cylinder head temps are monitored very close and a run in is stopped if any cylinder reaches 350 degrees. Engine is then allowed to cool and that run in sequence completed.
